Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, offering expert guidance on the life insurance sales process, including product information, case design, and underwriting support.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including producers, back offices, wholesalers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset by providing tailored solutions, illustrations, and case designs to drive sales success.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to enhance overall sales performance.
- Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Deliver reliable and trusted service to financial professionals, enhancing the brand in the marketplace.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the sales process and resolve issues independently when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and State Insurance Licenses preferred (must be obtained within four months of hire). Candidates must pass at least one FINRA exam within the first ten weeks.
- Strong phone demeanor with proven sales acumen and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
