Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all tasks related to escrow transactions, including residential resales, refinances, and builder escrows.
- Prepare escrow instructions and amendments as needed.

- Cultivate business relationships with realtors, lenders, and clients.
- Conduct closings with customers and assist senior staff as required.

Qualifications:
