Responsibilities:
- Manage Projects: Oversee large-scale projects from initiation to closure for enterprise customers.
- Implement Frameworks: Enforce Shield’s project methodology.
- Build Relationships: Maintain direct contact and build long-term relationships with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Manage Scope: Control project scope, planning, and content.
- Coordinate Teams: Manage various tech disciplines - integration engineers, QA, R&D.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
- Handle Requirements: Define, prioritize, and communicate customer requirements.
- Ensure Quality: Deliver all project outcomes on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years managing large-scale projects with enterprise customers and complex technical systems.
- Industry Background: Experience in global software/product companies.
