Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Erlanger, KY- 41018
Duration: 6 month contract
Pay Range: $26-29/hr
Job Description: This individual will provide technical support while managing the status of all incidents and requests. They will report to the PC Support Supervisor and the Sr. Manager of IT End User Support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, configuring laptops for new hires and performing break-fix tasks, imaging workstations.
- Managing inventory of equipment., updating tickets, providing mobility support.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of PC/Desktop support experience.
- Experience identifying and resolving telecom needs (VOIP, AirWatch, Cell phones, Tablets).
- Prior AV support experience (HDMI, Zoom, Teams).
- Experience retrieving/delivering laptops, intaking return devices, and creating shipping labels.
