Overview:
We're in search of a jBPM Testing Lead responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking workflow solutions. This pivotal role focuses on test strategy development, execution, and identifying and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for jBPM workflow solutions.
- Coordinate with the Product and Technical Leads to ensure alignment with project objectives and technical specifications.
- Execute test plans, document results, and track bug fixes.
- Ensure testing methodologies cover functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for all testing activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in testing business process management tools, particularly jBPM.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Designing and implementing test plans and strategies.
- Collaborating with the development team to understand technical details and integration points.
- Leading daily stand-ups to track progress and address issues.
- Providing regular testing reports and insights to the project team.
