Seeking a tenacious and talented Recruiter to join our established Talent Acquisition Team. In this environment, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process. You will also be leaned on to provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in important projects that dramatically enhance the recruiting experience. Due to the entrepreneurial spirit required to thrive in this role, you will be intelligent about market trends and leverage recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating new and compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the Software talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
- Source premier candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find and recruit the best talent
- Partner with hiring managers and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting – full life cycle, market research, and sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter is a Must)
- 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
