Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Engagement Manager having 15 years of experience
- Should have Experience in Managing multiple Clients from Large Engagements in the Media and Entertainment Vertical
- Lead and manage the delivery of largescale Engagements and projects and ensure it is aligned with best practice solutions
- Work and coordinate with different Client stakeholders across all workstreams to ensure there are no blockers or obstacles to the delivery
- Work on Account Growth by getting New Opportunities and Business
- Support the delivery team to maintain their delivery pace Manage multiple internal and external client stakeholders
- Build relationship work with client stakeholders Manage Escalations
- Accountable for effective delivery of groups and are responsible for the recruitment and performance management of delivery team members
Education
Relevant degree required.
Pay Range:
Base Salary: $165,000 per annum to $180,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level a plus.
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
