Job Summary
The Director of Catering is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all catering operations within our organization. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in food management and hospitality, capable of delivering exceptional service while managing a diverse team.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the catering team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and execute catering events, including menu development, logistics, and on-site management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring services to exceed expectations.
- Oversee kitchen management to ensure food production meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supplies for catering operations, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct interviews and train new staff members in food service best practices and customer service excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of catering events and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications
