Business Process Quote to Cash (RPA Automation - UiPath)
Location: remote
LOA: 3- 6 months then extension
Start Date: December 2024
Interview Process: 2-3 rounds with the Business Process & Finance Team.
What you’ll do
This position will be responsible for implementing various RPA (Robotic Process Automation) techniques & tools. This candidate must possess a deep understanding of the Quote to Cash process. They will work with Finance stakeholder groups to better understand the requirements, identify automation opportunities, and design an efficient workflow to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Solutions may require coordination across the business as well as some coordination with other cross-functional teams, including multiple systems, or systems not directly controlled by the business. The individual will also educate others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed & maintained and provide consultation to further improve process performance.
The overall role requires a strong set of Finance/Accounting, Project Management, and communication skills; including the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Business Process Director and is designated Remote.
Responsibilities
● Implement RPA techniques and tools for the Digital & Direct Quote-to-Cash Accounting function.
● Liaise with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure requirements, business goals and objectives are clear and aligned to concrete strategic and tactical plans
● Partner cross-functionally with Finance Business and Project leads
● Facilitate decisions necessary for project delivery and prioritization to ensure we meet deadlines
● Design and manage operational and process standards that can be widely adopted, including best practices, work procedures, applications, quality objectives, technical and functional solutions, and key metrics for assessing progress
● Support organizing testing of new processes and features, including User Acceptance Testing ● Document and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows
● Able to analyze and audit high volumes of data within the identified business areas
Basic qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
● Minimum five (5) years of Quote-to-Cash experience, Finance and Accounting
● Minimum five (5) years of experience in technology, including enterprise applications, automation tools, and database systems
● Experience in a company that has scaled with accelerated growth or large software development organizations
Preferred qualifications
● Experience with UiPath RPA, Python, Adobe Workfront, Google Gemini and DOC AI
● Experience with AI, RPA, Bots
● Strong communication and negotiation skills (influencer)
● Process management/improvement with a proven track record in improving processes
● Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment ● Able to work autonomously with minimal support
● Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships
● Confidant in working with management team members
● Technically proficient to be comfortable asking questions to dig into development issues, quickly gather and synthesize information, devise a plan, get buy-in and move towards resolution
● Has the ability to see the big picture and work with a team to prioritize pipeline requests, ensuring delivery alignment without compromising goals.
