Glocomms is partnered with a premier financial services firm seeking an experienced CyberArk Security Engineer to strengthen their Privileged Access Management (PAM) program within the wealth management sector. This role will be responsible for the administration and enhancement of CyberArk systems and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure PAM is effectively implemented and maintained. The position is primarily based in Tampa, with flexibility for candidates located in Memphis or Denver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages CyberArk platforms, focusing on EPV, PSM, and CPM modules to protect and secure privileged accounts.
- Creates and maintains documentation, including standard operating procedures, templates, and process workflows for PAM.
- Administers operational ticket workflows for PAM services, ensuring best practices for account onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance.
- Implements and supports CyberArk Privileged Cloud and Secrets Management / Conjur (preferred) integrations.
- Oversees continuous control monitoring, producing metrics and reports on PAM usage, requests, and operational performance.
- Works in alignment with Microsoft Active Directory architecture, enforcing security best practices for Windows and Linux systems.
- Supports security monitoring through Splunk (preferred) and automation via scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and Java.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in CyberArk (EPV, PSM, CPM) and foundational knowledge in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Familiarity with CyberArk Privileged Cloud and Secrets Management / Conjur is preferred.
- Strong understanding of security best practices for Windows and Linux systems.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Proficient in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, especiallyServiceNow (preferred).
- Experience with Splunk for enhanced security monitoring and reporting.
- Experience with continuous control monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CyberArk Defender certification required.
