Who We are Looking for
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity if you’re a driven individual who enjoys networking, building relationships, and matching skills with needs.
The ideal candidate is someone who has recruiting, inside sales, or customer service experience. This position will have immediate access to a functioning and growing book of clients with multiple openings. This person should be a strong communicator with a keen ability to connect with clients and candidates. This role offers a very competitive commission structure.
Overview:
As a third-party recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, identifying, and screening potential candidates for various job openings on behalf of our client companies. You will collaborate with the Managing Director to understand the hiring manager’s needs and requirements and develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to find the right candidates.
The Skills: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for generating a steady stream of qualified candidates for our client’s open positions. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing: Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screening: Evaluate resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess the candidate's suitability for the job.
- Independently craft compelling communications to hiring managers presenting candidates.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting follow-up, and providing feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Increase your knowledge of your industry to become an expert.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute a large volume of cold calling
- Source and screen candidates
- Review resumes
- Partner with the Managing Director to manage communication with clients/hiring managers to understand needs/priorities, submit and articulate candidate qualifications, schedule interviews, and facilitate offers.
- Submit candidates to Managing Director for review
- Work with the Managing Director to assess marketing strategies, campaigns, emails to candidates, workload, and pipelines.
- Keep all candidate information updated and organized in all required systems, including accurate and adequate notes at all stages of the process.
- Hunter mentality, always listening for new leads and passing them off to the Business Development Team.
- All team members are responsible for upholding and adding value to the culture at Harrison Gray.
