Job Title: MS Power Apps – Chatbot - GCP
Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid)
Technical Qualifications:
•Highly Desired 1+ years of expertise in Administering Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI & Custom Connector)
• Highly Desired 1+ years of expertise in Administering Google Cloud Capabilities (Dialog Flow, Agent Builder, Vertex AI)
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of experience providing monitoring tools support for applications built on JAVA, .NET platforms, or SaaS platforms such as Azure Cloud, Power Platform
• 4+ years of application/platform production support experience and ability to triage issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others on the team
• 2+ years of AppDynamics experience
• 1+ year of Splunk experience
• 1+ year of Autosys experience.
