National General Contractor looking for experienced Superintendents to lead the build of Manufacturing Plants, Cold Storage, Food & Beverage Processing facilities, and large warehouses.
ROLE:
- Run the job site, manage crews, and keep things moving smoothly
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Stay on top of schedules and budgets
- Communicate daily with the project team and handle on-site challenges
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, and logistics
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 5+ years as a Superintendent in industrial construction (manufacturing, cold storage, food/beverage plants)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage big projects and tight deadlines
BASE PAY: $100,000-$180,000+
- Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance
- Travel Housing Paid For
