Description
Structure House, a residentially-based program in Durham, NC, is seeking a Front Desk Admissions Coordinator. Structure House is a residentially-based program for adults that specializes in health behavior change, healthy weight management, and eating concerns involving compulsive overeating, emotional eating, and binge eating. Our behaviorally-based treatment is provided by a multidisciplinary team of dietitians, life coaches, exercise specialists, and behavioral health technicians.
The admissions coordinator will perform general clerical duties following the facility's office procedures. This position is part-time with benefits at 34 hours per week. Weekdays, Rotating Sundays, and holidays.

Create participant statements.

Post charges and payments to statements.

Entering reservations, pre-admitting, and admitting participants into the software systems.

Assist on-campus participants with scheduling activities and appointments.

Rotating Sunday afternoon orientation and tour for arriving participants.

Assemble arrival packets and binders.

Education
Required
- Associates or better in Nursing/Healthcare
Experience
Required

1 year: One or more years of experience in healthcare is preferred.

1 year: Strong data entry and Microsoft Office Suite skills. Customer Service experience, behavioral/mental health, or personal assisting preferred.
