Atlanta based boutique law firm located in the Galleria area has an immediate need for an Administrator to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative functions of the firm. This is a full-time position requiring in the office attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. Work closely with partners to develop and manage the firm's financial strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including IT, office supplies, and service providers.
- Ensure the firm complies with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including client confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Assist in managing client billing and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (advanced degree or MBA preferred) or commensurate experience working in law firm administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm environment.
- Understanding of legal operations and law firm financial management.
- Proficiency with legal technology platforms.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Experience with HR management and working knowledge of employment law.
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand budgets, payroll, and accounting processes.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.
