We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager specializing in website management, e-commerce strategies, and demand generation. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, optimizing user experience, driving e-commerce sales, and generating demand through effective digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in website analytics, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and proven expertise in driving measurable growth across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Website Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to optimize website performance, enhance UX/UI, and increase conversion rates to drive e-commerce sales.
- E-commerce Campaign Management: Lead digital marketing campaigns to attract traffic, acquire customers, and boost sales through the website.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales pipeline growth.
- SEO & SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and oversee SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyse website data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for CRO and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling and SEO-optimized content that engages users and supports demand generation efforts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor website performance, track KPIs, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the highest ROI and contribute to revenue growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, IT, and sales teams to align website and digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the operation and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience from browsing to checkout.
Minimum Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, e-commerce, and demand generation.
- Skills: Strong expertise in website analytics, SEO, SEM, CRO, and proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Outstanding leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or relevant areas.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website CMS platforms
