Employee Benefits Associate — Atlanta
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate with at least 4-5 years of experience to join their Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in the Atlanta office.
Overview:
The firm’s practice helps clients of all types (ranging from start-up, middle-market, and Fortune 1000 companies to governmental entities and tax-exempt organizations) to address the full gamut of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of broad-based employee benefits experience, including experience with executive compensation, equity compensation, and benefits-related merger and acquisition issues
- JD from an accredited university and excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the Georgia state bar (or ability to become barred)
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
