Dovel & Luner, a plaintiff’s firm in Santa Monica (www.dovel.com), is hiring an Intake Specialist to help our firm acquire and litigate class actions and mass torts cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs.
Tasks for this position include:
- calling and interviewing potential clients for matters that we are investigating;
- managing the status of incoming leads from investigations using our client intake platform;
- organizing client information and case documents using our case management platform; and
- interacting with clients and contacts.
Other responsibilities will include enhancing our intake infrastructure and assisting our legal team with case-related tasks.
No prior legal experience is necessary, but a desire to learn and excel in a team-oriented environment and attention to detail is essential.
Salary: $52,000. This position is in our Santa Monica office and may require some occasional evening and weekend work.
