We are seeking a skilled Temporary Attorney to join our client's team. This role is onsite. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting real estate, government, business law, and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive legal research using Westlaw and other legal databases.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, title reports, and litigation pleadings.
- Review and analyze real estate title reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide legal support on matters involving government and business law.
- Assist with litigation cases, including preparing documents and organizing case files.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and effective case management.
