TITLE: Trade Program Manager – Export Compliance
Location: Davidson, NC or San Diego, CA

WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU:
- This is a hybrid position, based in Davidson, NC or San Diego, CA, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days a week.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Implement and manage a standardized, compliant export compliance program for the Americas in alignment with company strategy.
- Develop and enforce export control policies, with a focus on high-risk areas.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to align export compliance with strategic initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on export regulations, licensing requirements, and government data interpretation.
- Coordinate with site managers and freight forwarders to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Oversee and manage export compliance audits, ensuring corrective action is taken where needed.
- Provide training on export compliance and specific requirements, including routed export transactions.
- Administer systems such as SNAP-R for license applications and CCATS submissions.
- Monitor and resolve export-related transactional issues to maintain business continuity.
ARE YOU A TRADE COMPLIANCE ROCK STAR?
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience in export compliance and international trade operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. federal export agencies, customs administration, Foreign Trade, Customs Law, and related regulations.
- Expertise in export licensing, EEI filings, BIS regulations, encryption regulations, and ITAR compliance.
- Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian export regimes, with LATAM export experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; additional language skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
