Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Property Manager and Senior Property Manager
- Coordinate and assemble rent increase requests
- Ensure property management files are maintained and kept up to date
- Assist in the inspection of occupied and vacant units
- Assist in preparation of all audits
- Assist with public inquiries, tours, volunteer opportunities, and residential services programs
- Assist with any projects in the office
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently
Employment Type: Contract to hire, Full Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
