How you'll contribute
You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys daily and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient well-being.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants must have a High school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:
- Must have a Certified Nursing Assistant license with the North Carolina Board of Nurses or Compact.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
- One year of experience is preferred
Department/Unit Summary
The Med surg is an adult unit that treats patients with strokes, post-op surgery recovery, heart failure, COVID-19, accidents, trauma, and Pneumonia. This unit is on campus and has 12-hour shifts with no call requirements. New grads with an RN compact license are welcome.
