Manufacturing Systems Specialist
Amotec, a leading recruiting firm, is conducting a search for a Manufacturing Systems Specialist position on behalf of a reputable manufacturing company near Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity offers a pivotal role in optimizing the MES system, electrical automation and controls operations within a global organization.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform design modifications of advanced manufacturing and industrial process control systems
- Serve as a technical SME for the Manufacturing Execution System
- Provide technical coaching, development, and training to electrical/control technicians and other personnel
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans, supervise execution, and maintain spare parts inventory for control and instrumentation systems
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Process or Manufacturing engineering or Information Technology highly preferred
- Proficiency with automation, PLCs, SCADA, Wonderware, SAP, process validation and computer programming languages
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team
- 2+ years of experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES)
