Controls Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 12+ months

Pay Rate: $30-$37/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

Modifies, develops, writes, converts and implements software-programming for generator control switchgear human machine interface applications.
programs and tests HMI hardware.
with Power System Engineers to validate/correct HMI programming
HMI issues in the field and provides remote HMI installation support

Education & Experience Required:

Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum plus 1-3 years of experience or equivalent experience
Willing to take 2 year degree with 4+ years of experience
No Master’s degree’s
Internships may be considered, must be relevant

Technical Skills

(Required Software Experience) – relevant HMI software experience
