We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two C-suite executives at a rapidly growing cryptocurrency company in Seattle. As a vital partner to the leadership team, you will oversee schedules, communications, and operational priorities, ensuring smooth and effective daily operations. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and solving challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant productivity tools.
- Preferred: Familiarity with cryptocurrency or decentralized technology.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of two C-suite executives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries for flights, lodging, and logistics.
- Communications: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, screening inquiries and managing correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Project Coordination: Oversee and track special projects, working with internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables are achieved.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, presentations, and sensitive documents for ease of access and confidentiality.
Schedule:
- Full-time role with a hybrid work model.
- In-office presence required in Seattle.
- Occasional travel as needed.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the fast-paced environment of a growing company.

Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 (dependent on experience, skillset, interview outcomes, and market considerations), full benefits, tokens, 401K, and more!
