A Well-Known Exclusive, Luxury brand is seeking a Store Manager to join their Aventura boutique in a Temp-to-Perm capacity! You are responsible for setting the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards. You maximize store profitability by controlling expenses, protecting company assets, and by ensuring that store standards and processes for merchandising, operations, and community participation are well executed.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Analyze sales figures and KPls using available data/systems to better understand performance and sales opportunities
- Deliver excellence and strive to exceed the expectations of clients
- Drive the team to fully embrace a clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients
- In partnership with Visual Team, ensure store visual standards are met and maintained
- Support the Visual Team in planning and performing any necessary changes in visual environment
- Develop, train, and continuously motivate associates towards achieving and exceeding sales objectives
- Provide guidance to associates; deliver constructive feedback and learning opportunities
- Oversee performance process for all associates and assist in establishing goals/objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the store meets key performance indicators (KPI)
- Maintain inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of related professional/retail management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams
- Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results
- Proven communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Ability to connect to the customer through excellent service, strong visual presentation and business acumen
- Computer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suite
- Must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
