Role : Airline Operations Management-Process consultant
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Position Description:
Process consultant has the strong exposure to airline operations. Process consultant also brings unique skills in leadership, analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and risk management. As process consultant, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting the current process (as is) to define the roadmap for automation. This automation will eliminate the inefficiencies in current processes.
Skills Required:
* * Lead the gathering of automation requirements and project scope in a holistic manner across multiple airline operations teams or business functions;
Skills Preferred:
* Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audiences from engineer to Executive;
* Able to apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions, build resource forecasts or manage risk;
* Ability to lead the gathering of automation requirements and project scope across a multi-operation team;
* Ability to lead through influence to drive forward both the team and program;
* Ability to manage and facilitate team meetings and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals;
* Updates, tracks, communicates status of initiatives and monitors timing of release milestones
* Excellent skill at using MS Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Word.
