A leading manufacturing company seeks a Senior Fulfillment Analyst to join their team and support the development of a new function. Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role involves managing the full lifecycle of order fulfillment across project activities, including demand intake, order processing, product availability, lead times, and delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison for both internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment for multiple projects, managing all stages from pre-sales through post-sales operations and ensuring adherence to cost, time, and quality standards.
- Develop and review project timelines for production, inspection, warehousing, and delivery to ensure successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and clients, aligning on project requirements, coordinating delivery timelines, and providing regular updates.
- Facilitate demand reviews as directed, working with Planning on production schedules and creating delivery plans for final review and approval.
- Process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring all details meet legal and financial standards and managing order information within the ERP system.
- Track and report on production and shipment status, maintaining detailed fulfillment records and monitoring KPIs to achieve company targets.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- BA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics management, with expertise in order processing, inventory control, and distribution.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in fulfillment operations, coordinating with departments like procurement, customer service, warehousing, and shipping.
- Strong analytical and strategy orientation to navigate operational complexities effectively.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet commitments and exceed customer expectations.
