Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Validity Everest Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience of implementing SFMC at 2 or more companies over $6B in revenue.
Top Skills: 1) Configuration of SFMC to automate execution, monitoring and measuring performance of email campaigns.
2) Implement solutions such as Validity's Everest Product to monitor and improve email deliverability rates
3) Understanding of how to use Salesforce Data Cloud and Privacy Center to automate campaign building and execution.
Qualifications
Job Title: Salesforce Certified Application Specialist with minimum of 5 years experience with implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for large Marketing Organizations.
Ideally, experience with Validity's Everest Product to monitor and manage email deliverability. Must have strong understanding of:
1) SFMC capabilities and how to configure to automation for email campaign execution, deliverability monitoring and improvement, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, and track and report campaign industry standard metrics to meet business requirements.
2) How SFMC works with Salesforce Privacy Center and Salesforce Data Cloud
3) Experience with implementation of Validity' Everest Product to monitor, measure and improve deliverability. Minimum of 5 years experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, facilitating complicated group conversations and effectively collaborating with team members and cross functional teams, providing training and support to users and support teams.
Must-Have Skills:
1 Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (SFMC)
2 Strong communication and collaboration experience with stakeholders and business partners
