The Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, analysis, and owning the Information Technology (I.T.) function at LEL International. This role involves leading systems integrations, such as ERP implementations, to ensure seamless operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and technology within the manufacturing industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
- Own the I.T. function, providing strategic direction and oversight of technology initiatives.
- Lead systems integrations, including ERP implementations, to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance and I.T. teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Present financial reports and insights to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- CPA or equivalent professional certification.
