Responsibilities:
* Preferred relevant work experience minimum 5 to 8 years
* Must have experience with Cisco Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
* Must have experience with Cisco switching (Cisco enterprise switching and * Nexus 7K/5K/2K platforms)
* Preferred working experience on products - ISR, ASR, Wireless controller, NXOS
* Experience supporting both wired and wireless network solutions.
* Must have good knowledge of Ticket and Incident management.
* Analyze and isolate issues.
* Follow escalation procedures and escalate as per the process
* Participate in on-call support
