Senior Project Manager Electrical Construction - Michigan

Salary: $115,000- $160,000
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager for one of the most competitive electrical contractors in the Northeast.
The company are very well known in the North East construction markets, and have a presence among the leading top ranked electrical subcontractors in Michigan.
They currently have projects located in Chicago, Michigan and all across Illinois which have already broken ground with total project value of just under $500M in electrical construction. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience across multiple Commercial, Industrial or Data Center Construction sectors, and urgently need this person on board.

Required Experience for role:
- 5+ years of leading commercial construction projects valued over $30M
- 5+ years of handling electrical construction contracts in industrial, healthcare or data centers
- Experience working on Electrical Aspects of new Construction Projects or Fit Outs
- Knowledge of working on projects valued over $30M
- Must have experience working for electrical subcontractors
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 10 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Minimum 10 years of working on projects in Michigan
- Poses strong relationship building skills
