What your day will look like:
- Work with a strong team of residential construction professionals who take pride in helping homeowners plan, design, and build customer homes.
- Coordinate with lenders to ensure all necessary documents are submitted and verified for CLC.
- Send and verify lender has all required documents and ensure customer has all required documents to the lender
- Maintain the sales spreadsheet and process chart, updating data daily.
- Answer phones and assist customers with basic inquiries about the building process.
- Review and respond to emails from lenders, customers, and team members.
- Process permit applications and follow up on outstanding permits
- Schedule final bank inspection

- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation & timely follow up.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
- Ability to work 9-6 Monday-Friday with one Saturday a month
