What’sinvolved in this role:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician in Lake Norden, SD.
Efficiently perform regular and preventative maintenance related to the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies as enforced by OSHA.
Provideemergency/unscheduled repairs of mechanical, electrical,pneumaticand hydraulic equipment during the production process as needed.
Complete and update work orders using in-house systems
5-2-2-5 schedule, 12 hour shifts
Starting at$26.89/hr
This is a monthlyrotating position between days and nights:6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
$1.50/hour shift differential between the hours of 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
Holiday payandDoubletimeonSundays
What you needto join our team:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Maintenance/repair experience or training preferred.
Mechanical and electrical aptituderequired.
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
Effectively perform andassistin repair or updating and installation of equipment.
Perform troubleshooting of equipment, including both electrical and mechanical systems.
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with colleagues.
Equivalentcombination of education and/or experience may be considered.
