Your Role: As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in managing commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise will help drive our commitment to excellence and innovation in construction.
- Project Oversight: Assist in daily project management to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers for effective communication.
- Quality Control: Monitor work and conduct inspections for compliance and safety.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and reports.
- Problem Solving: Address on-site issues quickly to minimize delays.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings.
- Reporting: Update the Superintendent and stakeholders on project status.
- Resource Management: Help manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Training: Support the development of junior staff and subcontractors.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in commercial and/ K-12 projects.
- Construction Management degree or related.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for building and a keen eye for detail.
