Duties:
- Oversee IT operations, systems, and manage third-party providers.
- Administer Yardi ERP software, including report programming and custom process creation.
- Develop and implement organizational IT strategy (cloud, security, communication systems).
- Manage and track the IT department's annual budget.
- Analyze business requirements and develop technology solutions.
- Ensure smooth delivery of IT services by monitoring system performance.
- Lead IT project management and integration processes.
- Review and optimize communication and telecommunication services.
- Establish and upgrade IT procedures to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Act as primary IT point of contact and provide direction, guidance, and training to staff.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience with Yardi ERP software (2+ years).
- Experience with Procore software (2+ years) and QuickBooks Desktop (2+ years).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong project management and IT infrastructure skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize service delivery.
