Our client, a global leader in residential real estate franchising and brokerage, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a 3+ month remote, potential contract-to-hire opportunity.
This team is completely reinventing how they work by shedding the constraints of legacy systems and empowering their team to create modern, flexible solutions and innovative products. This drives the goal to develop the technology and real-time, data-driven systems to better support agents and their clients.
As a senior team member, you’ll work with engineers to develop the next generation of fully automated applications to help support real estate agents and brokers and connect them to consumers.
Contract Duration: 3 months w/potential conversion
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of development experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Demonstrable history of delivering solutions that provide business value.
- Excellent analytical ability and logical troubleshooting skills.
- Software development and automated testing with JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJS
- Using automation to develop & deploy AWS Cloud Native applications.
- Working with a variety of technology stacks and learning new technologies quickly
- Providing technology thought leadership (architecture, design, security, cloud, and agile)
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills!

- Act as a Senior member of an Agile Development Team to deliver flexible, scalable, resilient, and performant IT products and solutions.
- Deliver products and provide operational support using an automation-first approach
- Partner with product teams to ensure solutions support business goals and standards
- Perform documentation, design, and code reviews
- Help the team prioritize tasks and maintain timelines to achieve delivery goals
