Senior Business Analyst for the Finance Transformation project working closely with the CFO, finance leadership teams, and the Corporate FP&A teams with coordinating and executing strategic transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or other business related field of study
- 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally within a finance transformation team or controlling/accounting or FP&A.
- Demonstrated experience with the strategic and operational aspects of a finance transformation and associated change projects
Technical skills
Advanced level of experience using Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables), uses Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and automate tasks:
- Data analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions and reporting needs
- Data visualization: Create charts, graphs, and pivot tables to visualize and interpret data
- Data modeling: Build data models to support business intelligence solutions
- Data integrity: Set up data validation and error-checking procedures to ensure data integrity
