Position: Export FCL Customer Service
Scope
Coordinates activities relating to supporting the functions of the Export FCL Coordinators. Tasks will include assisting in the preparation of bills of lading, providing customers with tracking and on board information, ensuring documentation is complete/accurate, handling customer service requests relating to the transportation of cargo.
Responsibilities
" Maintain working relationships with export FCL coordinators, vendors, steamship lines,
" Responsible for ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete (documentation includes but is not limited to ssl - truckers bills of ladings, documents for steamship lines, hazardous declarations, etc.)
Qualifications
" Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
" Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation/communications.
" Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
