Overview:
The Executive Coordinator facilitates the efficient operation of the Executive and Board of Directors Management at Edgewater providing advanced administrative and business management support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Project coordination for all internal executive efforts; including but not limited to bi-weekly pipeline reviews that result in detailed action items, Monthly shark tank meetings for project leaders, Coordination of rolling forecasts, etc.
- Welcomes and directs executive visitors and clients
- Internal communications development and coordination for Chief Executive Officer
- Data collection and analysis of executive projects. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and partner follow ups for the CEO
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings for the CEO
- Responsible for Board of Directors coordination and communication
- Act as liaison between the board and the management team
- Implement system for board meetings along with distribution of materials
- Supports Chief Financial Officer in the coordination of the building of Board of Directors meeting presentations
- Supports CEO in maintaining and recording expenses within the accounting system
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- On a regular basis, manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with a high level of discretion.
- This position is a hybrid and will require occasional travel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 10 years of experience in an administrative or business management support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to project manage multiple projects at one time
- High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- May require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).
