We are seeking an ERP/HR Business Analyst to join our CGI team! This position is located in our Pheonix, AZ office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable. This career opportunity is 75% Functional and 25% Technical.
You will be helping with the CGI Advantage HR/Payroll implementation for the client.
The successful candidate will be a mid-level business analyst that enjoys leveraging their analytical, HR, Payroll, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) knowledge as a consult assisting our government clients to not only successfully implement ERP solutions but to help them gain the most benefit from their ERP investment.
You will serve as a Functional Business Analyst on our ERP projects for government clients. The successful candidate must have an understanding of at least four of the key areas in ERP systems:
- Benefits
- Benefits Administration
- Employee Records
- HR reporting (including ACA compliance)
- Payroll
- Compensation
- Labor Relations
- Staffing Management
- Talent Management
- Recruiting
- Payroll Accounting
- CalSTRS and CalPERS Retirement Benefits
- W-2/W-4 Tax Reporting
Compensation: This is a 6 month Contract to hire position. 60-80/hr.
