Insight Global is seeking an Human Resources Assistant to support on our of clients in Jefferson, GA. This individual needs to have experience working in this industry, as well as having keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast past environment.
This individual will take on the tactical and administrative day to day responsibilities which include:
- Full recruitment cycle and liaison of temp warehouse workforce
- Assist with employee engagement and employee relations investigations.
- Onsite Training and Development of new employees.
- sourcing, interviews, selection process, onboarding, terminations etc.
