Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to support our CEO while overseeing the daily operations of MissionRT. This dual role requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about our mission. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, board meetings, and other important functions.
Operations Manager Duties:
- Office management to include support of day-to-day office operations
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with across the business to streamline processes and improve workflows.
- Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Help to create a positive, compliant and inclusive workplace environment and actively promoting our core values and mission as the company’s culture ambassador
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations and project management principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
