Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Dynamics 365 F&O platform. This individual will oversee the day-to-day administration of the system, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to ensure the platform aligns with business needs. The role requires collaboration across departments to enhance workflows and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure the D365 F&O environment, including user roles, security settings, and data management.
- Provide technical support and user training to optimize system utilization.
- Collaborate with the development team to customize D365 F&O to meet business needs, including workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
- Identify and resolve system issues in coordination with technical teams.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance through data imports, exports, backups, and cleanups.
- Manage system security, user roles, and permissions in line with internal and external policies.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and vendors to enhance system efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of finance and operations processes in D365 F&O.
- Experience with system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools (a plus).

- Proficient in D365 F&O configuration and administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with system security, user role management, and compliance.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- ITIL or related certifications
