Job Responsibilities
3-5 years minimum experience as a Requirements Engineer.
Preferred: Experience with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing a compliance matrix for both hardware and software.
- Leading system development using FCE tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS.
- Establishing internal requirements and interpreting/analyzing customer requirements.
- Logging all technical issues in a unified issue tracking list.
- Managing engineering changes through the change control process.
- Coordinating cross-functional reviews.
- Ensuring system engineering processes align with FCE best practices and GTS standards/guidelines, including ergonomics, ASPICE, and ASIL standards.
- Releasing system engineering documentation.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of System/Software Engineering fundamentals and concepts.
- Working knowledge of vehicle architecture, communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet), diagnostic protocols, vehicle dynamics, and interfaces.
- Technical skills in both electrical and software fields.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
