Role Description
This is a full-time Engineering And Maintenance Manager role with one of our best clients in a recession proof industry. The Engineering And Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance management, and maintenance & repair tasks as well as reporting performance to executive team.
Qualifications
- 16 Indirect reports 4 direct reports (shift managers) 2 shifts 2 main production lines
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage maintenance staff effectively
- Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Maintenance Management: Experience in overseeing maintenance operations
- Maintenance & Repair: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant technical degree or certification in Engineering or related field
- Experience in Hydraulics and Automation industry would be beneficial
