Job Description
• Highly motivated technical support engineer with excellent communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience as support engineer.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL code.
• Will need to demonstrate solving complex technical issues and implementing innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software issues or hardware complications.
• Extensive troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to address and navigate through data issues, root cause analysis and production support.
• Hands on experience in resolving and analyzing bugs.
• Thorough understanding of hardware and software systems. Will work on Exadata.
• Experience of network configuration.
• Experience with data migration projects is a must.
• Hands on experience with software bug identification and resolution.
• Solid partitioning and Database concepts.
• Hand on Tuning of complex queries.
• Advance Unix knowledge
• Collaboration skills and excellent communication skills will be required to enable bringing in various teams together for troubleshooting and deep dive analysis.
