Leadership and/or Sales Training Bench - Boston, MA
Description: Our client is a major professional development institution with a global presence providing training on various soft skills topics to corporations large and small. They are looking to add facilitators local to Boston, MA to join their team and go through their certification program.
They will be running programs onsite at their end clients locations in the Boston area early Q1 2025 and programs typically run in the following formats:
- 3 consecutive full days
- 6-7 half days across a few months
They typically see these training events happen 3-4 times a year and expect major growth in the region. You will be expected to go through the Train the Trainer process for roughly 8 days:
- Paid at a half rate and is a combination of eLearning, virtual, and in person training
- A Master Trainer from the team will work with you to get you to a final teach back
- If completed successfully, you will become a Certified Facilitator for the institution
This position requires extreme polish and a positive mindset to learn the ways of the client to successfully deliver their methodology. This position is perfect for someone looking to thrive early in their career and serve as a high level consultant for a major firm for years to come.
