Akkodis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst in Cary, NC to support the execution of our U.S. and Puerto Rico compensation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for performing key transactional and analytical functions to ensure smooth and accurate processing of compensation components, from incentive programs to salary reviews. Rate Range: $25/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job responsibilities include:
- AIP Reconciliation and Alignment: Perform monthly AIP (Annual Incentive Plan) reconciliation tasks to ensure alignment between the U.S. local system and the Global AIP/SIP (Sales Incentive Program) tools.
- AIP Rejection Checks: Conduct monthly reviews of AIP rejections, informing HR Business Partners when an employee's AIP assignment has been rejected by their manager.
- Auto Allowance Audit: Perform monthly audits on auto allowances against the U.S. Fleet Participants' report to verify that eligible employees receive the correct benefit.
- Rewards & Recognition Program: Assist with the administration of the Tango Rewards & Recognitions program to support employee recognition efforts.
- Annual Salary Review (ASR) and ESAP Cycle: Support ASR and ESAP (Executive Stock Appreciation Program) processes, including AIP validation, handling corrections, and processing country moves.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze ad-hoc reports as needed to support the U.S. Compensation Team’s goals and initiatives.
- Other Duties: Execute additional tasks as needed to ensure seamless compensation processing and team support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a compensation or related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with compensation tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with HR Business Partners and other internal teams.
- Experience with incentive programs, salary review processes, and data auditing is a plus.
