We are seeking a full-time employee in our Philadelphia Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee Office. The employee will work in tandem with our disbursement clerk to learn the entire process from start to finish. After training, the candidate will be responsible for completing the disbursement process on a bimonthly basis. The employee will also be responsible for reviewing all incoming documents from debtor attorneys, processing encryption, updating document status in preparation for the meeting of creditors and confirmation of the case. The employee will assist the Comptroller with financial tasks including setting up payments to the clerk of court, reviewing debtor refunds prior to disbursement, researching and reviewing stale dated disbursements and returned wage order payments.

- Comfortable working 3 monitors
- Good with numbers
